Sex Controls: Xbox 360 Controller - Pressing Left on D-Pad only works once

Loading into the Fantasy from the main menu is probably the quickest way, but after interacting with any girl (which enables the Sex Controls), pressing left on the D-Pad to change sex positions only works once. Pressing left on the D-Pad from that point on appears to do nothing when it's assumed that it will "scroll" through all the sex positions the player has available.

Though if the player presses the TAB key (two times), the sex position will correctly change to the next one and continued pressing of the TAB key continues to change the sex positions as expected. But if the player uses the controller again to press left on the D-Pad, it goes back to only being able to change the sex position once before becoming non-functional again.

This was done using a wired Xbox 360 controller with the default button/control layout.

EDIT: Ah, just noticed this issue seems to be already known from what I read in another post.

There is a known XBox Controller issue having to do with the D-Pad not working with sex switch. The next patch will fix this issue by placing the sex switch button by default on the Left Thumbstick Button.

To fix this in the mean time, go to Options and then Controls and remap your "Switch Sex Position" in your Secondary Controls away from Left D-Pad to Left Thumbstick Button.
