I haven't tried this but if somebody tries it let me know if it works.

Go to save file.
Hit Ctrl+F.
Type: ForestFTCollected
Change all 0's to 1's.
Lemme know if it works, thx!

(Remember: Save those save files elsewhere before tampering!)

I have all the artifacts collected and the first number is still a 0, though it is followed by 25 1's.
Should look like this:
ForestFTCollected|0 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1

For some reason the save files get scrambled but I noticed if you keep trying to view the same save file there are times it isn't scrambled, often after I first make a new game save. Not sure what does it or why it also unscrambles but keep trying till you get a unscrambled save. It is possible, just not every time you look at it.

BT had a command code that unscrambled save files but not sure if it works for BC.
