There is an interesting glitch I experienced after finishing the easy missions.

When you are spawned in the fantasy room, fuck the queen again (mission 12), I think that automatically gave me a "you finished the missions at normal level". If that doesn't do the trick, do mission 10 at medium level, and then fuck the queen. Somehow I got the "you finished the missions at normal level" tag without doing the missions.
