It would be cool to be able to customize clothing and the looks of one or two girls in the fantasy room. First you pick the looks of her head, then the body and then you got to pick clothes. Hot! Now I just keep pressing "random chick" until I find one which looks good to my taste, but it would be much hotter to be able to do that yourself.
