Any extra stuff unlocked while finishing Moderate and Hard level?

Hi people, I just finished the easy level. Is it worth it, to finish Moderate and/or Hard level? Does it unlock anything?

I finished on moderate, unlocked me the girls of Bonetown....im dunno if you finish at hard

You unlock Regular Girls (Blonde, Asian, Teen, etc.) by completing missions on Hard.

What level unlocks Latinas? I have everything else unlocked and just checked all the levels; Easy and Hard icons are all green and Medium is yellow. I'm guessing that means I've beaten everything on Easy and Hard right? (Was anticipating one hard icon to still be yellow when I checked.)

I unlocked all chicks with: all missions at easy and hard, and mission ten at medium too.
