I seem to have encountered a glitch where Sexbot doesn't seem to spawn. In the Securing Your Ho's Mission I just kept killing the orcs until the mission ended but there was no Sexbot to protect during the mission. Then I am unable to complete the Manifest Destiny Mission as Sexbot once again doesn't spawn so that I can escort her to each of the alters, I just get wave after wave of orcs to slaughter. A great way to make money, but a rather large roadblock since I can't move on from that point.
