Game crash during Mission 11

At the beginning of mission 11 when I need to leave Downtown for Man island I get an error message and the game freezes when I reach the boat past all the man agents.

the error message reads;

Message Title: "Fatal-ISV: (..\engine\atlas\core\atlasChunk.cpp @ 83)"

Message Body: "AtlasChunk::readFromStream - (sent1) invalid chunk master sentinel!"

I have tried running the program as an administrator and also tried compatibility mode for XP. Any help would be appreciated.

edit: I am running Windows 7 Ultimate, 64-bit.
