In real life I can see the intimacy of an internal orgasm, but in a game I see why they don't have it. You need to see the cum; it makes the game nastier and more porn like IMO. You could get away with a little more dialogue I suppose ("Unnghh, I'm coming inside your pussy!" or what have you) in order for the player to know he's had an orgasm, but I think it's fine the way it is.
