Subtitles missing at the mission/chapter screen

Considering that the rest of the game contains subtitles when appropriate, I feel like it's just a little bit odd that none are displayed for the dialogue that occurs when at the mission/chapter screen (see screenshots for examples).

Here's the list of the missing subtitles for each mission/chapter menu (I hope I got what was said correct when typing them out, but I guess that can be fixed from the official writers ):
