Drowing in the water around the courtyard to the Elf Brothel can trap the player

If the player has not already progressed far enough into the game to have access to the courtyard area just outside of the Elf Brothel and drowns in the vicinity of it, the player is respawned inside of the courtyard with no visible way to get out. The player has to quit the game back to the main menu and re-load a save to continue.
