Subtitles missing in a couple of scenes during Chapter 1 - Enter the Orcs

During the first cut-scene, there is an Orc that says the line below as the ship is crashing, but the subtitles (if enabled) do not appear on the screen:

"What the bloody fuck was that?"

After completing Round 1 of Chapter 1, the Orc chieftain talks with the Captain and a portion of the chieftain's dialogue (shown below) does not appear with subtitles enabled.

"...Crashed on me planet after another night of drinking crude, earthly chemicals, and fucking kitchen appliances."
