This bug occurred in 1.0.3 but not in 1.0.0 for me. During the attack of the giant balls and dicks, I experienced a long time on a black screen as I was releasing the elf girls from their ball traps....

So weird, when I played 1.0.0, after collecting all artifacts, it showed the location and her voice, but she wasn't visible and not on the mini map either! 1.0.3 worked though.
