Xbox 360 Controller Button Configurations

This is based on my own button configurations. I attached a screenshot of my configurations. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the default configurations or any other configurations. I'm using the official Xbox 360 controller with BoneCraft Patch 1.0.3.

-Melee Attack Tutorial (Wording is wrong): It says that I need to press Right to use the strong attack (even though I have it assigned for Gamepad B).

-Flame Thrower Tutorial (Wording is wrong): I’m using the Right Shoulder for my gun toggle. However it says that I need to press Left to use the flame thrower (even though I have it assigned for Gamepad A).

-Sex Tutorial: I’m unable to ask for sex with the Right Trigger even though the message box says I need to press R Trg. I have to press Enter on the keyboard to proceed. However, I am able to ask for sex with Right Trigger during other parts of the game.

-I have “Talk During Sex” and “Escort Toggle” assigned to the Gamepad Back Button. But the "Back Button" text doesn’t appear in text boxes for the tutorial (Examples: Press to talk during sex/ Press to toggle protection/Press to toggle attack command). I’m assuming the "Back Button" text is supposed to appear after “Press”.

-During the mission complete screen, it says to press R Trg to continue. But I’m unable to when I press it. I have to press Enter on the keyboard. I assume this is due to me assigning Right Trigger to commands that require pressing Enter.

-During Sex: I assigned the D-pad buttons to control the Sex Power and Speed. In the beginning of the sex acts, I can increase the power/speed. If I do try to decrease, all the D-Pad buttons get deactivated, thus I’m unable to adjust the power/speed during the rest of the sex act. Even the keyboard commands for Sex Power/Speed get deactivated somehow.

Also during sex, I cannot get the camera zoom to work. I thought I saw somewhere in the forum that the left thumbstick can be used. But it’s not working for me, even when I try to assign it to the left thumbstick.
