What is this thing my crappy arrow is pointing at? Its got something to do with
squad stuff I assume. SO, can you make it invisible during sex? It's messing up my
close-ups!

It's Attack/Defend icon for your wranglers. It would be nice to get rid of it during sex, unless you can use it to initiate a gangbang session :)
