Controller Issue

During the tutorial cannot pick up the melee weapon with the Y button, using official xbox 360 wired controller and the 102 patch.

Try going to the In Game Menu, with Start and then going back. This can fix this problem. Let me know if it doesn't.

I reconfigured my Xbox 360 controller in the Options screen. I assigned the D-pad buttons to control the Sex Power and Speed. In the beginning of the sex acts, I can increase the power/speed. If I do try to decrease, all the D-Pad buttons get deactivated, thus I’m unable to adjust the power/speed during the rest of the sex act.

I’ve attached a screenshot of my controller configuration and the console log.
