XBOX 360 Issues & Suggestions

Somebody stated this somewhere but now I can't find it so I'll repeat,
pressing left direction only changes the sex position once! Also the left analog isn't
being used during sex, could it be set to zoom in & out by pressing up & down?
I don't wanna use my keyboard for ANYTHING!

Sometimes turning my head left or right feels laggy! Other than that it works great!

They recommended changing the sex position button to the left analog stick, but the game wouldn't let me do that (said it's already bound to block, even though that's not used during sex) so I changed it to the back button instead. That should work until they get the default command fixed, I'm sure.

I just got patched. The left analog zoom in & out works great! THx for that.
The left direction to change positions does nothing now.
I was in stand up position w/ bot Mis.1 & switched to 1st person view, switched back & camera
was centered @ feet! Changing positions fixed it.

1.0.3 A few things not working. Still no left direction to change positions.
During tutorial can't hit left or right to move on to next lesson & Y button not picking up
weapon. It works in regular game but I had to skip the tutorial.
