Electrocution

How in the heck do you do this? I have not found any info on using lighting etc. yet.

I did beat Capt. Jerk, in fact I have completed all instead of the man island mission. My question (poorly written) is that even though I can shift left and see a second set of items I do not have a clue how to use them.

You need to highlight the drug or power move you want to use and press 'E'.
