When I run the game in Fantasy mode, and I go meet the squirting girl, some position never came... ( solo girl position never came). Is that a bug or there is something to do ? (they are unlocked btw)

Some positions are disabled in some girls
especially the orc chicks in missions etc
hope you are not trying to do the dickinthedick that's ... gross
